  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Returns are only accepted with a valid proof of purchase.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for items where the seal has been broken or they have been opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
